Exchange & Return Policy

أولاً: عند الاستلام

Upon Delivery

  • من حق العميل فتح الشحنة ومعاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام.
    يمكن استلام الشحنة كاملة أو رفضها كاملة (لا يوجد استلام جزئي).

  • في حالة رفض الشحنة بعد المعاينة، يتم دفع رسوم الشحن.

You have the right to open and inspect your order before accepting it.
You may either accept the full shipment or رفضها بالكامل (no partial acceptance).
If you refuse the order after inspection, shipping fees apply.

شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • المنتج يكون سليم، غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية.

  • متاح الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة (يومين) من الاستلام – أونلاين فقط.

  • لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع الملابس، الفوط، أو أي منتجات استعمال شخصي.

  • لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المشتراة من الفرع أو نقاط البيع المباشر.

  • المنتجات المباعة بعروض خاصة لا تُرد إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.

  • الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي تلف يظهر بعد استلام العميل للمنتج.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery – online orders only.

  • Clothing, towels, and personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased from the branch or direct sales points cannot be returned.

  • Sale items can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage reported after delivery acceptance.

مصاريف الشحن

Shipping Fees

  • تتحمل الشركة الشحن فقط في حالة إرسال منتج خاطئ.

  • في غير ذلك، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

  • في حالة إرسال منتج مستخدم أو غير مطابق للشروط، يتم إعادته للعميل مع تحمل أي رسوم إضافية.

  • We cover shipping fees only if we sent the wrong item.

  • Otherwise, shipping costs for return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a used or non-eligible item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer with additional shipping charges.

مصاريف الاسترجاع

Return Fees

  • 150 جنيه للقاهرة والإسكندرية

  • 200 جنيه لباقي المحافظات
    (يتم خصمها من قيمة المنتج)

  • 150 EGP for Cairo & Alexandria

  • 200 EGP for other governorates
    (Deducted from the refund amount)

يمكن طلب تسليم المنتج في الفرع بعد الحصول على كود الاسترجاع بدون خصم رسوم الشحن.

You may return the item to the branch after receiving a return code with no return shipping deduction.

Exchange Fees

  • 200 جنيه للقاهرة والإسكندرية

  • 220 جنيه لباقي المحافظات

  • 200 EGP for Cairo & Alexandria

  • 220 EGP for other governorates

    -يمكن طلب تسليم المنتج في الفرع بعد الحصول على كود الاستبدال بدون خصم رسوم الشحن.

    You may return the item to the branch after receiving a return code with no return shipping deductionز

طريقة استرداد المبلغ

Refund Method

  • يتم رد المبلغ بعد خصم مصاريف الاسترجاع عبر:

    • محفظة إلكترونية

    • حساب بنكي

    • رصيد على الموقع لاستخدامه في مشتريات أخرى

  • Refunds (after deducting return fees) are processed via:

    • Mobile wallet

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit

في ، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 48 ساعة عبر Instapay (حساب بنكي أو محفظة).

If the item is returned , the refund will be transferred within 48 hours via Instapay (bank account or mobile wallet).
